Joe retains full campaign manager authority and policy responsibilities while working remotely out of state. Any new staff brought on to assist with forms and day-to-day operations reports through the existing chain and does not replace Joe's role.
The TBD position is someone experienced in public life and policy who can help Ellen stay on task with filing deadlines, required forms, and administrative compliance — a supportive operations role, not a leadership one.
