True conspiracy research is like crossing a dense tropical jungle barefoot or slowly excavating an ancient archaeological site. It takes years of patience, and distractions (and outright disinformation) are everywhere.

After 16,000+ hours of research, here is my personal, no-nonsense filter to save you roughly a decade of full-time study.

2. Bogus Conspiracy Theories – Absolute Nonsense (Discard)

• Fake Moon landings
• Illuminati / Templar bloodline theories
• “New World Order” as an explanation for anything
• Modern Freemasonry having major political power (local only)
• Zecharia Sitchin’s Anunnaki / Planet X (Nibiru)
• Sitchin’s claim that Olmec heads depict African blacks
• David Icke’s Reptilians or interdimensional lizard people
• Chemtrails
• Bermuda Triangle / Devil’s Triangle
• Roswell = alien spacecraft
• Alien-human hybrids, Majestic-12, Area 51, Dulce base, Bentwaters, etc.
• Steven Greer’s “Disclosure Project” witnesses
• Atlantis & Mu (Cayce cult inventions)
• Advanced global civilization before ~3,500 B.C.
• Great Pyramid or Sphinx older than ~2,600 B.C.
• Major South/Central American ruins older than ~2,000 B.C.
• Rothschilds/Rockefellers secretly rule the world alone
• Holocaust denial
• John Coleman’s “Committee of 300”
• 9/11 “no-plane” / hologram / pod / remote-control theories
• Large-scale Satanic ritual abuse networks (some ritual abuse may exist, but not on the scale claimed)
• Thousands of children vanishing yearly into snuff-film rings
• Cathy O’Brien / Queen Mother lizard stories
• Everything from Ted Gunderson (McMartin preschool, Franklin, etc.)
  → the stuff that dominates the internet and late-night radio (Coast to Coast AM, early Alex Jones, etc.)

3. Credible Conspiracy Theories – Strong Evidence Exists (Take Seriously)

• A global superclass + security services hide the real political process from the public (see ISGP’s “Four-Establishment Model”)
• Regular collaboration between mafia/gangs, intelligence agencies, diplomats, and government officials
• CIA/Mossad deep involvement in drug & arms trafficking to fund off-the-books operations (40+ documented cases)
• False-flag terrorism as standard statecraft (Reichstag, Gulf of Tonkin, Northwoods, Gladio, Russian apartment bombings, almost certainly 9/11)
• Russian government (Putin/FSB) behind the 1999 apartment bombings
• MS Estonia ferry sunk with explosives (Russian arms trafficking connection)
• CIA–Mafia–Cuban-exile network in the JFK (and likely RFK) assassinations
• Israel Lobby’s decisive role in the 2003 Iraq War ($3 trillion disaster → rise of ISIS)
• Deliberate Israeli attack on USS Liberty (1967)
• Israeli nuclear arsenal (undeclared)
• Zionist/Haganah network intertwined with Russian & American mafias
• U.S. voter fraud (at minimum Bush 2000 & 2004; Diebold/CIA ties)
• Peak conventional oil/gas will eventually cause problems (shale has delayed it)
• CIA (and KGB) sexual/blackmail entrapment operations since the 1950s (some evolved into cults)
• 9/11:
  • Osama ran the operation but U.S., Saudi, Pakistani ISI, and Russian-linked networks ensured it succeeded
  • Criminal negligence or worse by Bush–Cheney–Rumsfeld on intercept orders
  • NIST refusal to explain molten steel, 2,800 °F temperatures for months, sulfidation → thermite strongly suspected
  • Almost every witness on the day reported bombs inside the buildings
  • NIST reports on Twin Towers & WTC-7 are scientifically indefensible
  • 9/11 “Truth” movement is run almost entirely by intelligence-linked gatekeepers (the “no-plane-at-Pentagon” psyop being the giveaway)
• Alex Jones is a controlled-opposition asset who refuses to touch Le Cercle, ASC, JBS, CNP, etc.
• Jeff Rense is a continuation of the pro-Nazi Liberty Lobby / IHR network
• Coast to Coast AM is a national-security disinformation mill (George Noory = John Bircher)
• Steven Greer / Disclosure Project = Laurance Rockefeller–Maurice Strong operation
• Kay Griggs’ claims about military sexual blackmail rings have a credible core
• Pentagon’s “missing” trillions since 1996 (unaccounted black-budget corruption)

4. Most Important Historical Cover-ups / Conspiracies of All Time

1. 1963 JFK assassination
2. 1968 RFK assassination (very likely)
3. 1967 USS Liberty attack
4. 9/11 (2001)
5. Cold-War “Stay-Behind” / Gladio networks and terrorism
6. CIA/MI6/Mossad training & protection of drug cartels and narco-dictators
7. U.S. backing of Latin-American death-squad networks
8. FBI denial of the Mafia’s existence while CIA recruited its leaders
9. Western banks & corporations bankrolling fascist regimes pre-WWII to crush socialism
10. Apparent U.S. election thefts (2000, 2004, possibly others)
11. Top-level pedophile/sexual blackmail networks (CIA/KGB)
12. 1999 Russian apartment bombings (Putin’s rise)
13. Security-service control of “alternative” media (Coast to Coast AM, Alex Jones, etc.)
14. The reality of the UFO phenomenon and non-physical realities (details still unknown)

Bottom line:
The real conspiracies are almost always about money, power, drugs, arms, oil, blackmail, and false-flag terror — not space aliens, lizard people, or 12,000-year-old Atlantean pyramids.

Stay skeptical, stay grounded, and follow the evidence.
